3x70 VVF tandem extrusion line

Description

1. VVF tandem extrusion line is used for manufacturing building wires;

2. The line has PLC built-in and touch screen for control, easy to operate and user friendly;

3. Different coiling and packing methods are available on customer requirements;

4. The PLC mode has already stored various wire settings, if the user would like to manufacture a different size of wire, simply load a new wire setting, and the machine will be ready to operate ;

5. Three lines integrated and combined into the same line, saving place and labor;

6. Automatic fault detecting system is built-in to warn operators and show fault information on touch screen once a problem occurs.
